Senior Associate, ServiceNow Services

The prerequisites for this position are:
– you are ITIL and ServiceNow certified
– you have at least two years of experience in client work with ServiceNow system.
– at least two years of experience in client work with ServiceNow system.
– ServiceNow applications (such as service catalog, incident problem change and CMDB) configuration and scripting are easy for you and you know ITIL.
– extra points if you manage the Web service integrations, CMS, or the Discovery’s configuration.

– you are familiar with web service integrations and CMS.
